About The Position

When fire, water, soot, or mold disasters strike homes and businesses, SERVPRO steps in to make it "Like it never even happened!" We are looking for dependable, energetic, and hands-on individuals to join our team as Entry Level Restoration Technicians. No prior restoration experience is required—we provide full hands-on training, industry certification opportunities, and a clear path for career growth. As an entry-level tech, you will work alongside experienced Crew Leaders learning structural drying, moisture reading tools, and demolition safety. Unlike a typical desk job, every day is different. One day involves setting up drying equipment in a flooded office building, and the next involves soot cleanup after a kitchen fire. Restoration is a 24/7 industry. Entry-level techs participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergencies, offering significant overtime earning potential. Technicians are often the first face a homeowner sees during a crisis. Maintaining a polite, professional, and empathetic demeanor is a vital part of the job.
