This role involves assisting with the startup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, packaging finished products, monitoring quality, and performing various checks to ensure equipment operates within standards. The position requires adherence to food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements, as well as supporting heat treatment processes and maintaining a clean work environment. The technician will also be responsible for identifying and communicating safety and quality concerns, participating in troubleshooting, handling scrap, and maintaining documentation. High-performance expectations include taking ownership of safety, quality, and production, collaborating across teams, participating in continuous improvement, learning multiple processes, and supporting teammates.
