Technician: Express Lube - Austin Subaru
About The Position
The Continental Automotive Group is hiring an Express Lube Technician for Austin Subaru. The role performs tire services, preventative maintenance, and basic automotive services. Previous automotive service experience is preferred, but tools and training are provided. New team members receive training on Austin Subaru standards and guidelines, SubaruNet, and CDK. The position offers a full-time schedule, with scheduling discussed upon hiring and flexibility within the stated operating hours. Compensation is $22.50 per flag hour with potential bonuses; training pay is $20 per clock hour for the first two pay periods, up to the first 30 days.
Requirements
- Previous automotive service experience is preferred, though not required.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year and provide a good three-year driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Rotate, replace, mount, and balance tires.
