About The Position

MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring a Technician to install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers through a collaboration with a leading satellite-industry partner. The role includes building positive customer relationships, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Work takes place indoors and outdoors at customer residences and commercial buildings, following safety guidelines. Technicians work independently, advise customers on solutions and products, and may perform on-site sales activities. The position offers paid training and a promotion path to Field Technician Supervisor and Site Manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to climb ladders and meet manufacturer safety requirements for equipment used.
• Combined body weight and 25 pounds of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
• Able to lift 60–80 pounds and climb 28–36-foot ladders.
• Able to work in environments without heating or air conditioning and in varying weather conditions.
• Able to kneel, crawl, bend, or work in other potentially uncomfortable positions.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols in a safety-sensitive role.
