Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, officials, and the public.
Ability to learn job duties and acquire required skills through on-the-job training.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Previous building cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct safety and protocol walks, document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure.
Enforce cleanroom protocols, PPE compliance, and audit requirements.
Maintain compliant signage across labs and support areas.
Manage FOUP/FOSB handling, storage, and reclaim shipments.
Perform facility checks, particle sampling, and inspection support.
Support customer visits, cleanup activities, and emergency response events.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operations.
