About The Position

We are currently hiring temporary employees in Port Lavaca, TX. Candidates must have current Formosa training and be available to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to contribute to our team immediately.

Requirements

• Must have Formosa Training
• Proficient in handling pressure washers, vacuum trucks, scrubbers, and chemical dosing system
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, proper dilution, and safe disposal procedures
• Familiarity with EPA and OSHA standards for industrial hygiene and contamination control
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and assist with minor repairs
• Understanding of hazardous and non-hazardous waste segregation and disposal methods
• Trained in safe entry and cleaning procedures for tanks, vessels, and enclosed areas
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance roles
• Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel.
• Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.

Responsibilities

• Learn & Operate Automated & Manual Hydro Blast tooling safely and efficiently.
• Operate 10k, 20k pumps & Hydro Blast tooling safely and efficiently as needed.
• Understand the job of the Operator & Technician.
• Communicate with customers & Site Managers.
• Run multiple crews when required.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
• Show proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck and Tank cleaning equipment.
