About The Position

As a Technician, you respond to restoration and disaster recovery projects as part of a team, helping restore homes, businesses, and other properties after unexpected events. You assist with project and demolition site activities, follow established procedures, and use industry-specific tools and equipment to complete work safely and effectively. You work with teammates to complete assigned tasks, keep work areas clean and organized, and follow company policies and procedures. You use basic computer skills to complete required documentation and communicate project information, and learn and apply techniques for operating restoration equipment and tools. Safety is a priority, including following company safety programs, safe work practices, and applicable legislative requirements. The role includes flexible support across service lines and physical work at restoration and demolition sites.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Possess or be able to obtain Water Mitigation Certification within one year.
Valid driver's license required.
Basic computer skills for documentation and project communication.

Nice To Haves

Restoration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup.
Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports.
Track expenses and time, and complete necessary work orders.
Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling.
Provide flexible support across multiple service lines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company policies and procedures.
Use basic computer skills to complete documentation and communicate project information.
Learn and apply proper techniques for operating restoration equipment and tools.
