Requirements

Proven experience in construction and renovation, including maintenance and repair of office layouts and fixtures.
Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and safety training protocols.
Ability to comply with company and external safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment for personnel and property.
Strong organizational skills to maintain onsite storage, labeling, and cleanliness of materials and workspaces.
Effective collaboration with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and respectful communication within a team environment.
Adaptability to changing priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
A commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
A commercial driving record with not more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
Able to read and speak the English language as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification of at least one year.
Be at least 21 years of age.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
