Haakon Industries, a global leader in custom-designed and manufactured HVAC units, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Wall Assembler in the Wall Department. This team is responsible for fabricating, insulating and assembling wall panels for air handling units.

Requirements

• Construction 1 year (Required)
• Skilled Labour 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble wall panels according to specifications, following blueprints to ensure accuracy and structural integrity
• Apply insulation materials and lining to panels
• Use measuring tools to ensure precise cuts, alignments and assembly of panels
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including drills and fastening devices
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
• Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
