About The Position
The Production Engineering Specialist position will work with the engineering staff to test and troubleshooting hardware. They may develop test specifications, methods and modify diagrams, procedures and rework instructions on hardware. They may also prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommend solutions to technical problems. This hands-on work will provide valuable experience for a future design engineer, product engineer or program manager.
Requirements
- Experience working with engineering staff
- Ability to test and troubleshoot hardware
- Skills in developing test specifications and methods
- Proficiency in modifying diagrams, procedures, and rework instructions
- Capability to prepare technical reports
- Problem-solving skills to recommend solutions
