About The Position

The primary function of the spare parts clerk is to procure, record, store repair parts and supplies. Work is performed under the general direction of the Spare Parts Administrator.

Requirements

• Computer Proficiency with Excel, Word and ORACLE is desired.
• Perform simple arithmetical computations with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively in the English language with customers and the public using a telephone and in face-to-face settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EAM spare parts inventory
• Maintain EAM Item Master and Item attributes.
• Receive parts against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Place received parts in bin locations and perform appropriate ORACLE transaction.
• Verify that parts are being signed out and issued to the appropriate work order.
• Perform cycle counts and record in Oracle.
• Create purchase requisitions
• Perform 6S activities and other projects as requested.
