Technician - Slots
About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimize downtime. Performs conversions, moves, and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed. Troubleshoots and repairs all non-gaming electronic equipment relative to the slot department. Must observe and follow all state regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures. Provides professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by performing machine and bill validator repairs beyond their ability when needed. Maintains a good working relationship with State Police. Handles guest disputes and protects company funds and assets. Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
