As a Service Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our service department. You will serve as the essential link among our customers, skilled technicians, and internal teams. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to navigate various internet applications and customer portals.
  • A proven ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding service reports and billing compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a commitment to professional, empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage service requests via phone, email, and customer portals, taking full ownership from the initial call to final invoicing.
  • Prioritize daily workflows, schedule technicians, and coordinate planned maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for technicians in the field—tracking job statuses, providing materials, and troubleshooting logistical hurdles.
  • Process quoted repairs for national accounts and monitor parts orders, proactively keeping customers informed on ETAs.
  • Run forklift maintenance reports, monitor upcoming service needs, and ensure all billing aligns with specific customer purchase order requirements for 100% accuracy.
