About The Position

The Technician Production Operations (Tech Ops) is responsible for supporting the daily production needs of the production lines, which include following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates, and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives. Our work delivers both instruments to customers in hospital and laboratory environments, supporting patient health. This position reports to the Production Support Supervisor and is part of the Tech Ops Hardware Team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

AA degree.
1+ year of related experience.
Understanding of SOP, GDP, and ability to follow production plans and work orders.
Ability to move or carry equipment up to 40lbs.
Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time to perform tasks.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO)
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Oracle, and Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on test equipment, tools and fixtures and document completed work in quality system to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.
Investigate out-of-tolerance reports by reviewing equipment records, SOPs, and part data to identify impacted components and support effective root cause analysis.
Provide line support and maintain production readiness by troubleshooting issues, fabricating fixtures, managing calibration equipment, and completing quality system documentation for equipment updates and tracking.
