Requirements

  • High school degree (or equivalent degree).
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Responsibilities

  • Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow work order information, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while maintaining FDA requirements.
  • Independently execute work regarding variety work cells of filling department.
  • Identify and recommend quality improvements including but not limited to production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiencies.
  • Ability to complete appropriate paperwork, maintain accurate records of production and report status of work.
  • Participating in kaizen/5S events, cross training to different work cells, completing quality and safety tasks as assigned.
