Entry - Level Technician / Mechanic
About The Position
Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking entry-level technicians to join their team. In this role, you will work on various makes and models of construction and forestry equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You will work under the guidance of senior technicians while building your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of equipment.
- One or more years of experience working on equipment, preferably in the construction and forestry industry.
- Applicants with a Diesel Tech Degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs on construction and forestry equipment.
- Work on various makes and models of equipment.
- Work under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Build skills and knowledge as a Technician.
