Requirements

Master Certified
ASE Master Techs starting at $34.00 flat rate
Honda Certified Master Techs starting at $34.00 flat rate
Potential to earn up to $55 per flat rate with all certifications and production bonuses
Not eligible for transfers or rehires.
Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.

Responsibilities

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
Offer training and guidance to other technicians
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
