Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
Knowledge of internal combustion engines, electrical circuits, and mechanical mechanisms.
Experience in repairing various types of machinery and equipment.
Capability to lift heavy objects as required.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in mechanic work or equipment repair is preferred.
New or recent technical school graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in repairing generators or power systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct repairs, service, and preventative maintenance on generators and equipment.
Perform equipment repairs and maintenance in the shop and on-site.
Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery and equipment issues.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
Complete service reports and document all work.
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
Adhere to an after-hours on-call schedule once fully trained.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations.
