About The Position

The Technician (Laborer) role involves the operation and maintenance of all equipment, supporting the execution of water maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation pipeline tasks. This position requires making routine decisions and taking direction from supervision. The role demands the ability to work in extreme weather conditions, both cold and heat, for extended periods, and the capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

Capable of following instructions and on-the-job training
Ability to operate a variety of simple and complex tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting
Ability to enter confined spaces
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Able to work in various weather conditions
Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job
