Field Technician / Laborer
About The Position

This is a full-time position with the ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Overnight travel is required up to 50%, and occasional on-call availability on a rotating schedule is expected. The role involves performing various hands-on work such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance. The employee will operate a company motor vehicle, hand tools, and light machinery, and is responsible for the care and light maintenance of tools and equipment. Safety is paramount, and the employee must work in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license (for insurability purposes)
- Has ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules
- Gives respect to co-workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors
- Can be on time, flexible, adaptable, and professional.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred
- CDL - B Preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs various hands-on work such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance
- Operates a company motor vehicle to travel to and from job sites
- Operate hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools while on job location
- Provides care and light maintenance of tools and equipment to maintain their proper operation
- Works in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements
