Flexibility in work schedule is required to meet maintenance and production needs. A broad technical background including mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems is essential. The role also involves monitoring production equipment for early intervention, coaching the maintenance team on training needs, and supporting the Continental Business System (CBS) structure through participation in meetings, performance management, problem-solving, and implementing improvements. The position requires issuing procedures and work instructions, ensuring implementation of measures, maintaining controls, and promoting ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) awareness and responsibilities.
