About The Position

This role is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and development of the communications network. Key responsibilities include providing first-line computer hardware and software support to end-users, installing new hardware and software, setting up employee accounts, building or configuring new hardware, installing and updating software packages, and creating and maintaining computer networks. The position also involves designing documentation with purpose statements, test plans, required personnel, hardware resources, cost estimates, and schedules. Additionally, the role contributes to warehouse efficiencies by implementing cost reduction programs and analyzing key areas affecting product and delivery. A significant part of the role involves fostering a positive and safe work environment, maintaining strong relationships with business partners, and ensuring efficient inventory management and merchandise allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or IS related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in computer hardware and software support.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effectively communicates concepts with various levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge on SQL and database is a plus.
  • Manufacturing or service industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency.

Responsibilities
