About The Position
This Technician III position is part of the HPLC team in the Tubes 'N Formulated Research Products value stream located in Coralville, Iowa and work is performed onsite. Requirements
- An associate degree in a science-related field or at least 18 months of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Some laboratories experience.
- Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Life Science work experience.
- Ability to perform and transition through a variety of tasks with concurrent deadlines daily with urgency and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Purifies oligos by traditional and non-standard means as necessary for purification success.
- Adapts to new customer driven processes to facilitate training of processes to other associates within Value Stream.
- Performs post-synthesis attachments using click chemistry and adenylations.
- Consumes materials out of an ERP system.
- Performs secondary validations on difficult mod combinations.
- Assists in the training of new associates in the Value Stream.
