Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or inventory control.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Customer-focused and take pride in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise from trailers and delivery carriers.
Verifying shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely movement of products.
Maintaining accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records within company systems.
Loading, unloading, staging, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse environment.
Performing scheduled deliveries and ensuring merchandise reaches the correct destination safely and on time.
Supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Assisting with facility-related operational support as needed to maintain business continuity.
Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
