About The Position
The Technician II position is part of the Purified Value Stream at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is performed onsite. The role supports manufacturing by transforming raw materials into final products, operating laboratory instruments according to work instructions and company policies, and contributing to daily management and problem-solving activities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Life science work experience.
- 12 months of laboratory experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
- Operate laboratory instruments needed to complete assigned tasks while following work instructions, company policies and procedures, customer-specific instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support daily management by assessing data to drive problem-solving and suggesting countermeasures.
