About The Position

The Technician II performs evaluation, functional testing, basic troubleshooting, and service of new or used medical devices according to procedure with high quality standards, within time constraints, and in a positive, team-oriented manner. This role requires meeting or exceeding Technician I qualifications. The technician will analyze and test devices, components, and subassemblies to ensure product functionality and quality, perform complex and non-routine test procedures, and isolate and debug circuits and assemblies. They will record and analyze test data and prepare reports, and work in conjunction with the engineering group to solve complex problems. The role involves operating oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, and test fixtures, understanding their use and function, and working under limited supervision.

Requirements

Must have 2-year technical degree OR 3-5 years of equivalent work experience and troubleshooting skills commensurate with a 2-year technical degree.
Trained and signed off on at least two Advanced Lines recommended (Advanced Monitors, Advanced Belts, Advanced Chargers).
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Be well organized and able to multitask.
