Requirements
- Minimum AA/AS in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or closely related field
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Meticulous and detail oriented, ability to follow complex operating procedures (SOPs) with reproducible results and thorough documentation of work
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
- Motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a hard-working and multidisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Wet lab and intensive pipetting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Follow lab protocols and procedures to operate development systems and deliver test results
- Manage shared laboratory equipment and ensure equipment is up to date with calibration and maintenance procedures
- Analyze quality control metrics for instrument runs and prepare data sets for analysis
- Document and escalate issues identified through the course of testing development instrumentation
- Work closely with Systems Engineering and Development groups to verify and validate product operational and performance requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Benefits
- hourly pay rate between $25/hour and $27/hour
