As a Technician I, Molding & Tooling Engineering supporting production, you will work on precision mold tooling, machining support, and injection molding processes at Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania driving quality, uptime, and process efficiency. In this role, a typical day will include: Manufacture and modify tooling for production using manual machines (milling, grinding, lathe) and CNC equipment , including G-code/M-code programming and CAM software. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure accurate tooling and part fabrication. Troubleshoot machine tooling issues , applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and resolve production backlogs. Execute machine tool setup, fixturing, and process to machine parts to drawing. Maintain documentation and compliance (GxP, SOPs) while supporting production needs and demonstrating a dependable, self-motivated, inquisitive mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 1 Years of Relevant Experience
