About The Position

Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas. Operates HVAC equipment including remote auxiliary equipment. Takes frequent readings on all gauges on all property equipment and refrigeration equipment and maintain logs. Checks all air handling units once per week and programming A/C schedules for all meeting rooms daily. Performs all maintenance including preventive maintenance. Responds to all emergency conditions. Assists General Maintenance on technical problems. Assists the manager in emergency situations. Performs preventive maintenance to all equipment and record history in log. Orders and receives materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory. Familiarizes self with and completes all paperwork associated with preventive maintenance program. Maintains good housekeeping practices in shop and work areas. Assists in other areas in repairs. Maintains knowledge of property information and memorabilia. Adheres to department and property policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, 10-key touch, etc.
The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
