Role Profile: Reporting to Master Data Manager, will work in and maintain the standards of a cGMP environment, ensure orders are done accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The key candidate will be well organized, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and a good communicator.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a similar role, such as document review, data entry, or business intelligence.
  • Previous experience using an inventory management system for manufacturing or closely related work environment.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Business and/or Cost Accounting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and working experience on databases and their management.

Responsibilities

  • Record and review inventory movements to ensure adherence with company standards.
  • Provide front-line support to shipping, processing, and management staff on the completion of entries into ERP system.
  • Daily monitoring of batch records and coordination with operational team leads to ensure batch records are completed accurately, in real time and in an accurate manner. Room Leads are responsible for batch records and must be the primary reviewer; ERP techs are available for support, although their main goals are to ensure the batch record is ready to finalize.
  • Assist Operations teams by recommending revisions to documents (for clarity), based on types of documentation errors being observed and Quality comments on Batch Records.
  • Issues within a production room such as rejects, failed batches, etc. will be the responsibility of the Room Lead; the ERP team is there to assist, they should not be relied upon to fix or complete the paperwork.
  • Consume, cost, and close BRs once the BR has been completed.
