Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with mechanical diagnostic equipment and basic hand tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Clear oral and written communication; effective teamwork.
Ability to use precision weighing equipment and basic computer applications.
Comfort with job‑related math: percentages, decimals, and fractions.
Ability to meet color differentiation requirement (score 100 or less on color test) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to support accurate testing and manufacturing decisions.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues promptly.
Collaborate with teammates to implement solutions while meeting quality standards.
Document results clearly and maintain accurate records for compliance.
Assist in developing and refining procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
Follow safety procedures, including safe handling of hazardous materials.
