Learn more at concentricusa.com. The Level-2 Installation technician (Critical Power) will have at least 1-1/2 years’ experience as a Level 1 Installation Technician or equivalent. This means you will need to have hands-on experience installing and/or removing infrastructure; racks/cabinets, non-powered or passive equipment and all associated labeling, or always add/remove cabling and connections on non-working equipment only in central office/headend or cell site locations under the direct supervision of a Level 3 or 4 site lead.
