The role also involves generating and implementing kaizen ideas, leading a team of technicians in an innovation studio, developing work standard instructions, and managing material inventory and order fulfillment. Activities include walking, interdepartmental coordination, negotiation, and implementing kaizen ideas on the manufacturing floor, as well as supporting Karakuri projects.
