An exciting opportunity is available for Electrical Technician Located in Jubail, KSA Report to: Electrical Supervisor Job post start date :16/06/2026 Job post end date: 16/08/2026 Job Summary: Maintenance (Electrical) responsible for electrical maintenance section and is proficient in all electrical maintenance related technical and supervisory technical skills will support electrical team. Plan, schedule and organize all resources to execute directly, by his team or by contractors to ensure all requested maintenance jobs relating to the plant and requirement are completed timely and meet the quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school/diploma in electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of operational experience of working with electrical maintenance dept in any chemical / petrochemical industry.
• Awareness of MS office and SAP system.
• Good enough of level of English speaking /writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and schedule manpower for various maintenance jobs to meet the daily maintenance objectives, in accordance with company and industry work procedure standards.
• Respond swiftly to emergency repairs to restore the failed machines or equipment to operating condition as quickly as possible.
• Review and/or re-evaluate preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned equipment including motors transformers /MCC switchgear /UPS/VSB to establish preventive maintenance schedule which meet manufacturer specification and industry standards.
• Ensure the workplace is always maintained clean and tidy in line with company standards.
• Adhere to HSE regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead daily toolbox talk with his technicians &highlight any safety issue related to the assigned work to technicians.
• Standby whenever required to meet urgent or continent requirements of the plant e.g. plant turnaround or shutdown call out suitable technician to cover emergency jobs.
• Organise the most suitable technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problem to restore the equipment to normal running condition.
• Monitor work procedures and deploy at work sites to ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the condition and procedures specified in the work permit are implemented during the execution of work.
• Organise materials and equipment needed to execute the maintenance jobs to meet maintenance objectives.
• Ensure that all staff are punctual at the workplace and carry out their jobs in timely manner.
• Track and control overtime worked by staff to ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and cost effectively.
