Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance, commercial/industrial groundskeeping, or a related trade (construction, renovation).
Ability to quickly troubleshoot basic technical issues and safely operate the required tools and equipment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and comfort collaborating with technical operators in the field.
Valid driver's license (travel between sites required) and ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, support infrastructure, and grounds adjacent to power generation facilities.
Handle landscaping, snow removal, vegetation control, and access road maintenance to ensure safe and continuous site operations.
Conduct regular inspections of structures (roofing, basic plumbing, simple HVAC systems, fencing) and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Rigorously apply Boralex’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring a zero-accident work environment is maintained.
