About The Position

O'Daniel Automotive Group is hiring a Technician B to perform automotive services and identify required maintenance. The role puts prior experience and automotive certifications to use, while providing additional training, coaching in standard operating procedures, and a self-driven career path with opportunities to increase skills and earning potential.

The position is part of a family-oriented, fast-paced workplace that emphasizes professional development and community involvement. The work week is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school or college automotive program training.
• Experience working in a service repair shop.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a high school automotive service MLR program and/or an automotive certificate from a community college, or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair A/C systems.
• Perform steering and suspension repairs and maintenance.
• Perform general drivetrain repairs and maintenance.
• Perform general brake repairs.
• Perform oil changes.
• Perform safety inspections.
• Perform general shop service of machines.
• Change air, cabin air, and fuel filters.
• Complete assigned training.
• Demonstrate shop and personal safety habits, vehicle preparation tasks, workplace skills, and engine repair tasks.
• Become familiar with O'Daniel standard operating procedures and identify required maintenance.
