About The Position

The B Technician performs preventative vehicle maintenance, inspections, diagnoses, and automotive repairs. The role provides helpful, friendly, and timely customer service while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment. The technician is expected to treat teammates, customers, and vendors with dignity and respect and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Compensation is $22.00 to $25.00 plus incentives.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and/or move 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to perform continued standing, bending, crouching, twisting, and crawling.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications and/or a technical school degree are preferred but not required.
• Three years of tire service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, and suspensions.
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
• Install tires and perform tire maintenance.
• Road-test vehicles.
• Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Treat teammates, customers, and vendors with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
