Requirements
- Required experience in construction (home services).

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities
- Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting.
- Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness.
- Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate with crew leaders and team members.
- Support the crew with measurements and material preparation.
