As a Service Technician I, you’ll play an important role in keeping material handling equipment operating at peak performance. Whether you're working in the shop or at a customer site, your technical skills, attention to safety, and dedication to quality service will help customers stay productive and keep their operations moving forward. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in forklift repair, heavy equipment, automotive, diesel, or a related mechanical field.
Strong mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting ability
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a shop environment
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to perform physically active work.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, drivetrains, steering, brakes, and lifting systems.
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, component rebuilds, and repairs to ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Follow established safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and actively support our Safety-First culture.
Complete service documentation accurately, maintain necessary parts and supplies, and participate in technical training and certification programs.
