About The Position

Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor, Configuration, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 1, Configuration is responsible for upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels. We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen. All it takes is finding the right combination of tech hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services. That’s what we do. We’re the IT Department’s IT Department. Requirements

High School or equivalency
CompTIA A+ or ITF+ Certification (or must obtain within 6 months of hire date)

Nice To Haves

CompTIA A+ or ITF+ Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents.
Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible and at the desired version level.
Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.
