About The Position

This position involves setting up and operating spraying guns and the surrounding area to apply shading to products. The role requires attention to detail in ensuring product quality and consistency.

Requirements

• If working in the Finish Department or Final Inspection and you make decisions on color then you must score a 50 or better on a Nucraft administered Color Test.
• If working in the Finish Lab you must score a 16 or better on a Nucraft administered color test.

• 2 years experience in finishing spray preferred

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork to ensure product matches description and meets standards.
• Inspect product for defects before and after spray, marking parts that need repair and sending to appropriate area.
• Blow and wipe down product before spray.
• Spray shade as necessary to match parts to one another and samples; contact team leader if product can not be matched with shade.
• Complete paperwork for finished parts.
• Daily housekeeping to ensure area and equipment is clean.
• Daily preventative maintenance checks.
