About The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our project team focused on developing an agentic AI framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and software engineering. This role will involve creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation, guidelines, and blueprints that support engineering teams in building agents quickly and securely.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer in software engineering or AIML.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to write for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, data scientists, DevOps).
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience documenting AI frameworks or agent-based systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and the project team to understand technical concepts and translate them into accessible documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture overviews, API references, integration guides, security protocols, and engineering blueprints.
• Develop onboarding materials, tutorials, and best practice guidelines for using the agentic AI framework.
• Ensure documentation is consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Organize and manage a documentation repository that supports version control and easy navigation.
• Conduct interviews and research to gather information from subject matter experts.
• Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
