Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, this campus brings together deep expertise in micro molding, precision tooling, and micro automated assembly to support devices where precision, reliability, and miniaturization truly matter. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structure processes
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • 2-4+ years of professional technical writing experience
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience in a fast paced production injection molding environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in production injection molding environment
  • Experience with photography and image/video editing.
  • Ability to create diagrams or visuals using tools like Viso, Lucidchar, or Figma.
  • Analytical and detail oriented mindset
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

  • Experience with documentation control systems

Responsibilities

  • Research and understand processes, working with engineers and supporting team.
  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, procedures, and training materials.
  • Organize and present complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Follow established documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Revise documentation based on feedback from reviewers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in updating existing documentation for changes related to parts, processes, or procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather information to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive, and user focused documentation include work instructions and procedures.
  • Research and understand processes by working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and reviewing engineering specifications in order to complete documentation.
  • Manage documentation projects with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met.
  • Improve documentation structure, usability, and formatting using best practices.
  • Edit and revise content created by junior writers and other contributors.
  • Provide recommendations on documentation tools, process, and content strategy improvements.
