Requirements
- Ability to obtain DHS EOD
- 8+ years technical writing in federal IT programs
- Expertise producing structured deliverables and applying accessibility standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DHS/FEMA documentation templates
- Background as project coordinator or deputy PM
Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain system assessment templates, scoring rubrics, interview guides, and data call artifacts.
- Prepare Draft/Final System Assessment Profiles, dependency/integration matrices, modernization recommendations, and Final Assessment Report.
- Ensure documentation aligns with FEMA standards, privacy/records requirements, and Section 508 accessibility.
- Support weekly/biweekly progress reports; coordinate review cycles and incorporate Government comments into final deliverables.
