Requirements

Experience in RMF/ATO documentation developing technical content.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate documentation accuracy.
US Citizen
Must have an active TS/SCI federal security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to DevSec documentation workflows, knowledge management systems, and software platform documentation tools will be highly beneficial in this position.
Familiarity with DoD or Intelligence Community documentation standards, as well as experience supporting cybersecurity, observability, and data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for AI-enabled software platforms, including RMF/ATO documentation, operational runbooks, and API references.
Create and manage knowledge management resources to support mission applications and enterprise AI governance.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams to document platform architecture, integration workflows, and continuous monitoring processes.
Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for agentic AI systems, scalable software delivery, and observability solutions.
Support knowledge transfer activities by developing user guides, FAQs, and training materials for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure all documentation aligns with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) standards and best practices.
Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation workflows within a DevSecOps environment.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
Develop and maintain RMF/ATO documentation, operational runbooks, and comprehensive API guides to facilitate seamless integration and governance of mission applications.
