Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in field service, quality, or related area).
2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry

Responsibilities

Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; identify gaps and compliance risks.
Review and improve service procedures, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and consistently followed across teams and locations.
Perform on-site audits of field engineers to evaluate execution quality, troubleshooting practices, and alignment with operational standards.
Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain clear audit documentation, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
Identify process improvements, support standardization, and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.
