Requirements

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise in managing workflows, triggers, automations, and CRM data integrity.
  • Experience with website management, basic frontend optimization, and landing page updates.
  • Proficiency in setting up tracking and compiling reports using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up, testing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Ability to provide light copy support for content creation (drafting, proofreading, formatting).
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
  • Proactive approach to documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Outcome-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot solutions independently.
  • Big-picture thinking with an understanding of how technical tasks impact client experience.
  • Proactive communication skills, including anticipating needs and asking clarifying questions.
  • Commitment to embedding in the business for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, tweak, and scale workflows, triggers, automations, and CRM data integrity within GoHighLevel.
  • Handle ongoing website management, basic frontend optimization, and landing page updates.
  • Set up tracking and compile regular reporting (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify performance and bottlenecks.
  • Own the setup, testing, and scheduling of email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters.
  • Provide light copy support for drafting, proofreading, or formatting blog posts and social media content.
  • Manage scheduling, protect time blocks, and ensure seamless coordination for external meetings.
  • Provide general administrative and operations support, proactively documenting new SOPs.
