Technical Transformation Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Transformation Lead to guide large-scale cloud migration projects, particularly those supporting over 100,000 users. This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering, with a strong focus on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex transformations, managing multiple vendors, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Information Security, Legal, and Compliance. Experience with identity management, cloud security, data governance, and implementing enterprise AI solutions is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects, preferably supporting 100,000+ users.
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and Identity Management.
- Knowledge of cloud security, DLP, compliance, and enterprise data governance.
- Experience with email, SharePoint, and Google Drive migration strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and workflow automation.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, including Gemini Enterprise or similar AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data access controls, and security.
- Experience working with multiple vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale cloud migration projects, preferably supporting 100,000+ users.
- Oversee and implement strategies for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Manage identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and other identity management tools.
- Ensure cloud security, DLP, compliance, and enterprise data governance are maintained.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for email, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
- Utilize Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and workflow automation for process improvements.
- Implement enterprise AI solutions, such as Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms.
- Establish and enforce AI governance, data access controls, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work closely with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
