The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality learning experiences that build employee capability and drive performance. This role focuses heavily on live facilitation, both in‑person and virtual, ensuring learners are engaged, supported, and able to apply new skills on the job. This is a growing dynamic team making an impact on production through enhancing the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering training or facilitating group learning.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to command a room.
  • Experience using virtual training platforms (Teams preferred).
  • Ability to simplify complex information and explain it clearly.
  • Comfortable working with diverse groups and adapting to different learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel or support multiple locations within MA.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high‑volume and fast paced onboarding or operational training environments.
  • Background in customer service, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or other hands‑on roles.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hybrid) that are interactive, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Lead onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive consistent, effective training and a positive introduction to the organization.
  • Adapt delivery style to meet the needs of diverse learners, adjusting pace, examples, and methods as needed.
  • Prepare training environments, including technology setup, materials, equipment, and room readiness.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource, answering learner questions and providing guidance during and after training sessions.
  • Monitor learner progress and identify individuals who may need additional support or follow‑up coaching.
  • Administer assessments, knowledge checks, and skills demonstrations to verify learning outcomes.
  • Collect and report training data, including, but not limited to, attendance, completion rates, and learner feedback.
  • Collaborate with Instructional designers and other team members to develop and improve content based on delivery experience and learner needs.
  • Manage data and information in the LMS by recording courses, monitoring learner progress, and ensuring compliance.
