The Technical Training and Qualification Specialist is a Houston-based Talent Development role responsible for delivering hands-on technical training, supporting technician onboarding, validating qualification requirements, and helping ensure technician training is delivered consistently across the organization. This role supports technician training across multiple technical disciplines and may expand as new technician roles or training needs are developed. This is a salaried Talent Development role focused on training, qualification, and technician development. While the role works closely with field teams, it is not intended to provide routine field labor, on-call coverage, or work order support. Frequent travel to regions, sites, training facilities, test pad or equipment demonstration areas, and field locations is required.
